You’ll work side‑by‑side with attorneys on active disputes, managing document‑heavy matters, coordinating trial logistics, and keeping cases moving forward in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle—from discovery through trial
• Managing complex case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
• Organizing, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of documents
• Assisting with witness coordination, interviews, and scheduling
• Preparing trial materials, exhibits, and binders for hearings and trial
• Communicating with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and internal teams
• Accurately tracking time and managing multiple active cases simultaneously

What They’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands‑on litigation paralegal experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Confident legal writing, organization, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
• Professional communication style and commitment to confidentiality
