Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators at one of the largest and most successful personal injury law firms in the country.

This leadership role oversees a team of 4-6 attorneys and their litigation staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. Our firm invests heavily in litigation and prepares every case as though it will go to trial.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in litigation teams.
• Excellent courtroom presence and litigation judgment.
• Strong ability to evaluate cases and guide strategy across complex litigation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and supervise 4-6 litigation attorneys and staff.
• Guide case strategy from intake through trial or settlement.
• Review pleadings, discovery, and evaluations for strategic impact.
• Mentor junior attorneys in deposition, motions, negotiation, and trial prep.
• Ensure thorough case preparation and readiness for trial as needed.
