Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to evaluate cases and develop litigation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 4-6 litigation attorneys and their staff.
• Guide case strategy from intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct regular case strategy reviews and ensure aggressive case development.
• Mentor junior attorneys in deposition, motion practice, negotiation, and trial prep.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly prepared and positioned for trial when necessary.
• Review pleadings, discovery, and case evaluations prepared by team attorneys.
