Job summary

Thomas J. Henry Law seeks a Senior Attorney Manager to lead a trial team across multiple Texas locations, directing 4–6 attorneys and staff through case development from intake to trial or settlement.

You will drive strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and ensure high-quality, client-centered outcomes in personal injury litigation, backed by a proven track record in managing large litigation teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation and trial.
• Active Bar license in Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4-6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling: client meetings, case evaluation, settlement negotiations, litigation management, discovery, medical record review, depositions, and trial preparation.
