Job summary

Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a Senior Attorney Manager to lead a team of trial attorneys and legal staff across Texas markets including San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas and Houston.

The role focuses on high-stakes personal injury matters, with responsibility for overseeing development from intake through trial and settlements. The candidate must have extensive personal injury trial experience, a valid Texas Bar license, and a track record of leadership in litigation teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4-6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling, including client meetings and strategy discussions.
• Oversee case development and case evaluation.
• Drafting and sending demand letters; Negotiating settlements; Filing lawsuits and managing litigation.
• Issuing and responding to written discovery; Reviewing medical records; Motion practice and court hearings; Preparing for and conducting depositions.
