Job summary

Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a Senior Attorney Manager to lead a 4–6 attorney team in complex personal injury litigation across Texas cities including San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.

The role requires extensive trial experience, Texas PI practice, and strong leadership to drive cases from intake to trial or settlement, with comprehensive oversight of strategy, discovery, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required, Active Texas Bar license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling, including client meetings, strategy discussions, case development, demand letters, settlements, filings, discovery, medical records review, motions, and depositions.
• Supervise all cases assigned to your team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work.
• Oversee trial preparation and conduct depositions and hearings through to settlement or trial.
