You will meet with clients, review evidence, and prepare cases for trial, aiming for favorable outcomes while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Candidates must have a JD, 6+ years of litigation, 5+ first-chair jury trials, active Florida Bar membership, and bilingual English/Spanish (a plus).

Qualifications

• REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
• JD from an accredited law school, Florida Bar in good standing.
• 6+ years of litigation experience and 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to earn client trust, discuss cases, and work independently with a team.

Responsibilities

A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Trial Attorney to join their team in Boca Raton, FL.

Position Summary

In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6 or more years of litigation experience
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred
• Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
