The ideal candidate has 6+ years of litigation experience, 5+ first-chair jury trials, is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, and communicates effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and try personal injury and property damage cases.
• Develop and execute trial strategies.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Collaborate with associates and support staff.
