Job Juncture is seeking a highly motivated Trial Attorney for a dynamic personal injury and property damage law firm in Boca Raton, FL. You will meet with clients, assess claims, and prepare cases for trial, striving to obtain excellent results for each client.

The ideal candidate has a JD, 6+ years of litigation experience, and at least 5 jury trials as first chair; they must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience
• 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and build trust

A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Trial Attorney to join their team in Boca Raton, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6 or more years of litigation experience
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred
• Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
