Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorney to join our dynamic plaintiff firm in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of PI litigation experience, strong courtroom skills, and a passion for client advocacy.
Base pay range
$134,500.00/yr - $224,500.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation and trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop and execute trial strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of PI litigation or trial experience
- Excellent negotiation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
