Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Remote Triage Technician to support client security systems from 10:30am-7:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. Work is conducted in-office from Bloomington, Uniontown, or Gilbert, MN, with responsibilities to triage and resolve technical requests for intrusion, fire, video, and access control systems.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years with Securitas Technology, strong remote troubleshooting ability, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with Securitas Technology.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic security equipment remotely - including intrusion, fire, video, and access control systems.
• Able to perform duties with a high degree of urgency and accuracy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be in good standing with Attendance Policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain required phone queues to provide client facing technical support for instruction, fire, video, and access control systems.
• Manage and maintain the Remote Triage queues to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner within SLA requirements and within client video specifications.
• Follows established sequences, policies, and procedures.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
