Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse in MA with MA license
• Minimum two years acute care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Experience supervising weekend/holiday operations preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits, manage weekend/holiday workflow, and optimize staffing levels
• Supervise weekend/holiday nursing staff and orient new hires
• Coordinate intake, referrals, and payer requirements for home health visits
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support care coordination
• Maintain and communicate plan of care, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Develop staff through education, training and performance feedback
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and data reporting
