Job summary

Skanska in the Tri-Cities, WA, is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with superintendents, engineers, clients and contractors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires strong organization, contract administration and financial controls, and a track record of balancing cost, schedule and quality while upholding Skanska's safety and inclusion values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 3+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 3+ years experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets.
• 3+ years creating a culture of safety.
• 3+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 3+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, coordination, execution, and management of construction projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership through full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, change management processes, and procurement activities.
• Proactively identify and address issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, safety, or client satisfaction.
• Support Skanska’s culture of safety, collaboration, inclusion, ethics, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
