Qualifications

• 5+ Years of proven construction experience.
• 2+ years as Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion.
• 2+ years of leadership on smaller fit-out projects or area of larger building project.
• 2+ years experience with change order and ticket management.
• 2+ years experience with subcontractor oversight.
• 2+ years experience with schedule updates and look ahead schedules.
• 2+ years experience with reading and delivering on plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• The Superintendent 1 (Area) oversees field operations in assigned areas to ensure safe, timely, profitable, and ethical work per contract documents, design, budget and schedule.
• Direct supervision of field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
