Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a seasoned Change and Trend Manager for its Houston-based projects. You will own the Change Management program, coordinate trend development, and liaison with engineering, procurement, construction, startup, contracts and PM to ensure timely forecasts and defensible trend reports.

The role emphasizes cost/schedule impact analysis, trend documentation, and proactive mitigation of adverse trends within an EPC/startup context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–10 or 12–14 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Change and Trend Management, forecasting, budgeting, and baseline controls.
• Experience with EPC/startup processes and contract change management.

Responsibilities

• Administers the project Trend Program and Trend Register.
• Coordinate identification, evaluation and disposition of project trends.
• Develop trend estimates and evaluate cost, schedule, and quantity impacts.
• Ensure trend documentation is complete and compliant with procedures.
• Assist in developing contract change documents and client notices.
• Facilitate trend review meetings and report trend metrics.
