Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Change Management professional in Houston, TX to support a dynamic project environment. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, documenting, and tracking project trends, with close coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, startup, contracts, and project management teams.

The position is part-time telework and may require in-person attendance at the office or project site several days per week, with schedule determined collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project Change and Trend Management, including forecasting, budgeting, contract changes, and baseline controls.
• Experience with EPC and startup processes and their impact on change management.
• Ability to develop trend estimates using historical data.
• Strong cost, schedule, and scope impact evaluation skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the project's Trend Program and Trend Register.
• Coordinates identification, evaluation, and disposition of project trends.
• Works with engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and contracts to define trend scopes.
• Develops trend estimates and assesses cost and schedule impacts.
• Supports forecast updates and contract change documentation.
• Facilitates trend review meetings and reports metrics.
