Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Trimmer/Climber (DL Required) to trim, tops, and reshape trees to clear utility lines. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position based in Ohio, with duties including operating equipment and coordinating debris removal.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No fear of heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, at various heights, on uneven/slippery surfaces while handling equipment or material.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operates and services all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up by loading/unloading trucks and feeding debris into woodchipper.
• Maintains safe work areas and follows safety protocols around hazards.
• Performs other related tasks and assists training new employees.
