Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a dependable Trimmer/Climber to trim, top, and reshape trees to create clearance for utility lines. This full-time, non-exempt role requires working outdoors in all weather, handling heavy LBE equipment, and maintaining safety standards on site.

Responsibilities include operating tools, loading debris, and assisting with training. A high school diploma is preferred, with no experience required and union membership possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination required.
• No fear of heights and ability to climb ladders.
• Stamina for physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into wood chipper.
• Safeguards employees and public from hazards in the work area.
• Performs other related work as assigned by superiors.
