Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a full-time tree trimmer based in the United States. The role involves trimming, topping, and reshaping trees to provide clearance for utility powerlines and associated equipment.

Responsibilities include operating tools, removing debris, and assisting with safety and site setup. The position requires working outdoors in varying weather, with exposure to heights and heavy equipment. Pre-employment screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No fear of heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders and uneven surfaces under demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trim and/or remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service required tools and equipment.
• Cut and split large debris, load/unload trucks.
• Use brushes and equipment to control growth.
• Relays hand-signals, directs traffic, and operates trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform preventive maintenance on tools.
