Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate and maintain tools, and ensure safe work zones. The role involves physical work outdoors and potential exposure to varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, assisting in training, and maintaining orderly work sites. A valid driver’s license is preferred, with benefits including health, retirement, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and splits debris; feeds brush into woodchipper when needed.
• Loads/unloads trucks and assists in equipment maintenance.
• Relays signals, directs traffic, and ensures safety.
• Keeps work areas and trucks clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
