Job summary

Om Tree Service in Houston is seeking a Tree Service Sales Representative who will meet homeowners, assess their trees, and close deals for trimming, removal, and stump grinding services across the Houston area.

You will generate new sales leads, provide on-site evaluations and accurate estimates, educate clients on tree health and options, and coordinate with crews to schedule jobs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping or tree services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or tree service industry. (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for outdoor work.
• Additional certifications in horticulture or arboriculture are advantageous.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and walking properties with uneven terrain.
• Basic smartphone/computer proficiency for quotes and scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission on every job you sell. This is a performance-driven role, your earnings are directly tied to your results, and there is no ceiling on what you can make. Top performers earn well above industry average.
