OM TREE SERVICE is seeking a Tree Service Sales Representative in the Houston area. You will meet homeowners, assess their trees, and close deals for trimming, removal, and stump grinding services.

Responsibilities include generating leads, evaluating sites, preparing accurate estimates, and maintaining client relationships to foster repeat business. A strong focus on outdoor work, excellent communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping/tree services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for outdoor work.
• Certifications in horticulture/arboriculture are advantageous.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and on uneven terrain.
• Basic smartphone/computer proficiency for quotes and scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Mansioni

• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and provide accurate estimates for tree services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on tree health, maintenance, and service options.
• Coordinate with the sales team/crew leaders to schedule jobs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and local regulations regarding tree service.
• Keep track of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
• Assess job complexity, equipment access, and hazards (power lines, structures) to price jobs accurately and profitably.
