Job summary

Om Tree Service in Houston is seeking a Tree Service Sales Representative who will meet homeowners, assess their trees, and close deals for trimming, removal, and stump grinding services across the Houston area.

You will generate new sales leads, provide on-site evaluations and accurate estimates, educate clients on tree health and options, and coordinate with crews to schedule jobs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping or tree services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and provide accurate estimates for tree services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on tree health, maintenance, and service options.
• Coordinate with sales team and crew leads to schedule jobs and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and local regulations regarding tree services.
• Keep track of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned by management to support operations.
• Assess job complexity, equipment access, and hazards to price jobs accurately and profitably.
