Job summary

OM TREE SERVICE in Houston seeks a Tree Service Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess trees, and close deals for trimming, removal, and stump grinding services across the Houston area.

You will generate new sales leads, conduct on-site evaluations with accurate estimates, educate customers on tree health, maintenance, and service options, and coordinate scheduling with crew leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in landscaping/tree service or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude with outdoor work enthusiasm.
• Certifications in horticulture/arboriculture beneficial.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on uneven terrain.
• Proficient using smartphone/computer for quotes and scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish advantageous.
