Job summary

Good Guys Tree Service in Austin, TX is seeking a driven Sales Representative to meet with residential and commercial clients, assess tree care needs, and close service deals. This 100% commission-based role includes leads provided and a full-time, in-person schedule.

You will build relationships, present proposals, and stay current on arboriculture practices while using CRM tools to track activities. This role rewards performance with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients in person.
• Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations.
• Present estimates and proposals for services (pruning, removal, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care.
