ABC Home and Commercial Services in San Antonio, Texas seeks a Sales Arborist to grow our tree care business with outbound and inbound opportunities. You will meet clients, propose tailored tree services, and close deals on-site and in the field.

Formación

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to application.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain an ISA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years tree experience required.
• Previous outside sales experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and friendly phone etiquette.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new leads by attending events, networking, and other sources to grow sales accounts.
• Meet with current clients to secure new sales and upsell services.
• Spend majority of time outside the office driving to meet clients.
• Learn tree services and stay updated on incentives and discounts.
• Create sales agreements and ensure paperwork is completed on time.
• Communicate instructions to office staff and schedule services as agreed.
• Collect payments from customers and follow company protocols.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and advise on tree services such as planting or pruning.
• Diagnose tree issues and monitor treatment progress.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
