Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Foreperson in a full-time, on-site role in Texas. The candidate will coordinate crews handling tree removals and hazard trees, with CDL preferred. Relevant experience in line clearance and a valid driver’s license are required; CPR/first-aid certification is a plus.

The position includes safety trainings, PPE enforcement, and daily job-site oversight, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within the team. Travel may be required for storm restoration work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet and demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew.
• Must be able to follow verbal or written directives.
• Must be able to delegate work and take accountability for the performance of a crew.
• Must be able to understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete contracts.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks and safety practices.
• Plan, assign, and inspect work to meet specifications and timelines.
• Notify property owners and obtain access permissions as needed.
• Keep records of time, equipment, and materials used.
