Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Foreperson in Texas to coordinate crews for line clearance projects, including tree removals and hazard trees. A valid driver’s license is required, with CDL preferred. Travel is required and the role is full-time, with a safety-first mindset and strict adherence to on-site procedures.

You will lead daily field tasks, ensure PPE compliance, and maintain records while coordinating with property owners and customers. CDL preferred and training in first aid/CPR may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in line clearance as a climber, trimmer, or bucket operator.
• Experience with tree removals and hazard trees preferred.
• Driver's license required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew, equipment, and supplies to complete contracts.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks and performance of crew.
• Plan safe, efficient work and assign tasks to crew members.
• Ensure PPE use and safe practices on site.
• Communicate with property owners and obtain access for operations.
• Inspect completed work and report to customer; maintain records of time and materials.
• Perform routine truck inspections and maintenance notes; stock supplies.
• Assist in storm work and emergency response as needed.
