Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Foreperson to lead a crew performing line clearance and tree trimming work across our service area. The role requires climbing, equipment operation, and coordination of safety and job site tasks.

You'll manage daily plans, direct crew members, ensure PPE and safety compliance, and communicate with property owners and customers. A valid driver's license is required, CDL preferred, and overtime may be possible.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management preferred.
• Must be able to lead a crew and coordinate tasks.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to meet job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment each day.
• Plan and execute assigned work safely and efficiently.
• Notify property owners and obtain access for work.
