Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to coach, motivate, and supervise a tree-trimming crew on job sites. You will prioritize tasks, ensure safety, read maps, and coordinate with the General Foreperson to meet production goals.

Applicants should have 3+ years in tree crews, OSHA knowledge, and CPR/First Aid readiness; a valid CDL and DOT card are a plus. Some travel and fieldwork required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on tree trimming or clearing crews.
• CPR and First-Aid certification at hire or within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and job orders.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise crew to achieve production goals.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure OSHA compliance on site.
• Allocate tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate with the General Foreperson.
• Operate/maintain herbicide application equipment and keep records.
