Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate with management on staffing and safety, and ensure high-quality work at each job site. The role requires field leadership, scheduling, and strong communication with owners and crew members.

The Foreperson will oversee training, enforce safety policies in line with OSHA, and maintain records while managing costs and customer relations. CDL may be required for driving company vehicles on site.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safety practices per company policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Obtains permissions from property owners for work and coordinates access.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and costs.
• Promotes good customer relations and protects public safety on job sites.
