Job Summary

SavATree's mission is to preserve and enhance our country's outdoor beauty through comprehensive tree, shrub, and lawn care. We are expanding and seeking motivated individuals to grow with us.

This position offers $22-$35/hr based on experience, along with paid PTO, benefits, and a 401K plan.

Job Description

Are you looking for a place to thrive? Our General Tree Care Team is the backbone of our operations, working together to deliver high-quality tree care that maintains and improves landscape health.

Team members work outdoors, visiting beautiful properties in their community, applying their climbing, pruning, and safety skills to ensure client satisfaction.

A Typical Day

Working collaboratively on a crew, providing pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care services. Team members operate equipment safely and deliver excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with proper pruning of large shade trees and ornamentals
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species
• Climbing experience without spurs
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards
• Practical skills in chainsaw and equipment operation
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks)

Essential Requirements

• Desire to work outdoors
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
