Experienced Tree Climber

Joshua Tree Experts has been providing professional tree care services to North Eastern Pennsylvania since 2005, aiming to be leaders in the green industry. As our company expands into Indianapolis, Indiana, we offer new opportunities to join our experienced, talented, and professional team.

As an experienced Tree Climber, you'll be part of a 2 to 4-person crew, involved in tree removal, pruning, and preservation. Your role is vital for safe operations, equipment maintenance, and clear communication with the crew and clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Effective communication within the crew
• Maintaining a professional image
• Providing excellent customer service
• Delegating tasks to Groundman Operations Specialists
• Care of vehicle and equipment
• Adhering to safety protocols and ANSI standards
• Understanding aerial lift operations
• Working at least 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years climbing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proven skills in tree care, trimming, and climbing
• Experience operating bucket trucks and rigging equipment

Preferred candidates:

• Degree in Forestry or Horticulture
• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred)
