The General Tree Care Team are the muscle of our operation. These industrial athletes work together to provide high-quality tree care, helping to maintain and preserve the overall health of our clients’ landscapes.
This position pays $17-$35/hr depending on years of experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and a 401K. There is also a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.
The Crew Lead position is an advanced role for individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities and receive approval from local management to guide a work crew. Knowledge required includes: TCIA Crew Leader Training, Crew Safety, Personal Safety, hazard recognition, and the ability to supervise levels below.

The Crew Lead role is a specialized position for selected individuals demonstrating leadership and approved by management to direct a crew. Knowledge includes: TCIA Crew Leader Training, safety standards, hazard recognition, and supervisory skills.
Working with the team to provide quality tree care, including pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other related tasks. Safe operation of equipment and excellent client service are essential.
