Job summary

Cambridge Landscape, part of the Sperber Companies family, seeks a Tree Care Manager to lead sales for tree care services and mentor direct reports. You will handle bid presentations, prepare estimates, and drive growth through prospecting and client meetings.

A Certified Arborist License and strong communication skills are required. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or related experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead tree care sales and supervise direct reports.
• Present bids, prepare estimates, and renew contracts.
• Develop and manage prospecting and lead generation.
• Coordinate with branch manager on goals and growth.
