Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work-related experience.
• Certified Arborist License required.
• Must hold a valid California driver's license.
• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office suite, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Manager.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tree Care sales and supervise direct reports.
• Lead bid presentations and sales to customers.
• Prepare estimates and renew contracts with clients.
• Develop territory and lead generation plans.
• Attend homeowner meetings and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, budgets, and company standards.
