Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at Lighthouse for Women in Washington, PA. You will help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal, supporting overnight programming and daily living needs.

You’ll work closely with the treatment team, assist with intakes and documentation, and respond to crises with training and supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on empathy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI fingerprint clearances, drug screening, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Support residents through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Act as a liaison between residents and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Provide during-crisis support with training and supervision.
• Transport residents to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing?

Requirements
