Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our Halfway House in Youngwood, PA. We’re offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a meaningful full-time opportunity to help residents reset, heal, and recover in a structured environment.

You will support programming, monitor safety, and serve as a bridge between clients and clinical staff, contributing to a recovery-focused atmosphere with guidance and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay awake and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI fingerprinting, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If you’re in recovery yourself, welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery).

Responsibilities

• Assist with programming and activities for residents.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Serve as liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Support during crises with supervision.
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing?
