Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center is hiring a Treatment Support Technician for the Lighthouse for Women in Washington, PA. This full-time role supports residents by maintaining a safe, recovery-focused environment and coordinating with the treatment team.

You will assist with overnights, intake paperwork, and daily living needs, while staying engaged and empathetic. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If in recovery, 18+ months in recovery is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
