Job summary

Gateway Rehab is seeking a PRN Treatment Support Technician for Lighthouse for Women, a women’s halfway house in Washington, PA. You’ll help run overnight programming, monitor residents, and support the treatment team with documentation and crisis response.

Responsibilities include assisting with intakes, transporting clients to appointments, and upholding recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay awake and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.

• Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.

Requirements

What You Need?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
