Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a dedicated Treatment Support Technician for our inpatient program. This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a chance to contribute to a recovery-focused environment where residents rest, reset, and heal.

You will monitor safety, assist with intakes and documentation, support overnight programming, and act as a bridge between clients and clinical staff, guided by training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If you’re in recovery, lived experience is welcomed (18+ months in recovery required).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
