Gentle Dental Mill Creek is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy and healthy smile.

We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, in Mill Creek, WA.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patients full cycle from initial diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and treatment options based on proposed care.
