The role emphasizes staff development, recruitment of foster families, and community outreach to strengthen the foster care program. A clinical or social work background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution and one year of directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree in social work and two years of directly related experience.
• Master’s degree in a human services field and two years of directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and three years of directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide foster care caseworkers.
• Assign cases and balance staff workloads.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely incident reporting.
• Support foster parent recruitment, training, and community outreach.
