Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support children in state custody and the families caring for them. You will move each child toward permanency, safety, and well-being while coordinating visits, court involvement, and community resources.

You will manage 14-20 caseload with regular visits, collaborate with courts, schools, and therapists, and complete timely documentation. This role offers flexible scheduling and a strong mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 14-20 children.
• Conduct regular visits with children, parents, and foster families.
• Coordinate family and sibling visitation.
• Facilitate Family Support Team (FST) meetings.
• Partner with courts, schools, therapists, and child welfare professionals.
• Attend court hearings and provide case updates.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Transport children to appointments when needed.
• Participate in limited on-call rotations (after-hours support is compensated).
