Job summary

Westrock Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage the new patient flow, explain orthodontic treatment plans, and guide patients through payment options. You will act as the first point of contact and maintain a positive image for the practice across all patient interactions.

The role requires strong communication, sales ability, and exceptional customer service, with the responsibility to ensure patients understand their treatment options and scheduling needs.

The TC plays a vital role in customer relations and service. The Treatment coordinator's goal is to capture new patients and retain the existing patients through quality customer care. This is a position where you will be selling Orthodontic treatments and services to clients who have come into the clinic for treatment consultations.
