Job summary

Johnson Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options and to coordinate financial arrangements. The role involves following up with prospects, preparing patients for exams, and coordinating referrals to specialists as needed.

You will also assist in local store marketing and community events while building relationships with patients and coworkers. A dynamic, people-first culture supports your success and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Outgoing, approachable and empathetic demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain financial options and educate patients on payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule consultations and treatments.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events to grow referrals and awareness.
• Maintain full schedules by proactive appointment follow-ups and reminders.
