Job summary

Pony Express Orthodontics in Utah is seeking a friendly and organized Treatment Coordinator to support patients through treatment planning, scheduling, and financial discussions.

The part-time role (Tue, Wed, Thu) offers hourly pay of $20–$22 and a collaborative environment where clear communication and attention to detail are valued as you coordinate treatment options, manage surgical scheduling, and handle data and payments with patients and referring offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, treatment coordination, or insurance processing is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling & filing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients.
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams.
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and maintain clear communication between all parties.

Treatment Coordinator - Patient Support & Scheduling

Pay: $20 - 22 / hr.

Part Time Schedule:

• Tuesday 9:30 - 5:00
• Wednesday 9:30 - 6:30
• Thursday 9:30 - 5:30
