Job summary

Pony Express Orthodontics in Utah is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to support patients and scheduling. This part-time role focuses on coordinating care, communicating treatment options, and ensuring a smooth patient experience in a warm, team-centered environment.

You will work Tue/Wed/Thu with specific hours; pay is $20–$22 per hour. Ideal candidates are organized, multitasking, and comfortable discussing costs, insurance, and consent forms with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, treatment coordination, or insurance processing is a plus!
• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, & filing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and correspond with positive communication between all parties

_ Treatment Coordinator – Patient Support & Scheduling _

Pay: $20 - 22 / hr.

Part Time Schedule:

Tuesday 9:30 - 5:00

Wednesday 9:30 - 6:30

Thursday 9:30 - 5:30
