This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experiences in a friendly, organized environment. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, treatment coordination, or insurance processing is a plus!
• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, & filing.

• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and correspond with positive communication between all parties

Treatment Coordinator – Patient Support & Scheduling Pay: $20 - 22 / hr. Part Time Schedule: Tuesday 9:30 - 5:00 Wednesday 9:30 - 6:30 Thursday 9:30 - 5:30
