Gentle Dental is hiring for a Part‑Time Treatment Coordinator to support patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will communicate treatment options and financial plans, guiding patients to choose the best course while maintaining a caring, professional approach.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, comfort with dental software (QSI/Denticon a plus), and the ability to present treatment plans clearly to patients and families.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; knowledge of QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and costs of services preferred.
• Prior experience with dental assisting is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to achieve a happy and healthy smile.
